Is this just for new implementations?

No—these offerings are designed for optimization and post-go-live cleanup.

Do you do new implementations?

Of course. We are a service authorized SAP partner. We have DIY, Guided and Done for You Service Offerings.

What if I need help choosing?

Do you offer retainers?

Yes—we offer monthly support for qualified clients after the first project

Can we upgrade later?

Absolutely. Many clients start small and scale once they see results.

Is this secure for company card use?

Yes. All purchases go through secure payment processing, and most packages are under $5K.

Do you sign NDAs or MSAs?

Yes. We’re happy to sign standard NDAs or MSAs and can provide a mutual NDA upon request.

How do you handle access to our SuccessFactors environment?

We follow client protocols for secure access and your team will setup provisioning access for the named consultant in your instance. We will create a ticket with SAP.

What if our legal department needs additional language in your contract?

No problem. We’re used to working with legal and procurement teams in both public and private sectors. Just send over your redlines or standard terms — we’ll work with you.

Do you require a long-term contract?

Not at all. Most of our clients start with a single session, project, or hourly support block. Ongoing work is always optional and scoped in advance.

How do you track time or progress?

You’ll receive weekly timesheets for hourly work. We invoice at the end of each month for that month's total hours with NET30 terms. We’re transparent, responsive, and use secure Google Workspace sheets to track issues and plan our sprints and timelines. It makes collaboration easy with no version control issues.

Can we use this alongside our existing partner or SI

Yes. We’re often brought in for advisory or to clean up configuration without disrupting your broader implementation plan.
